Take or choose a clear photo of the front, then the back. Lay the card flat on a dark surface in good light, hold the phone straight above it, and avoid glare.
We read your ID to check it’s yours: the front has to show the name you entered, and the barcode on the back has to match the front. Checking can take up to 30 seconds.
